Vietnam Lioho Machine Works Co., Ltd. is one of subsidiaries of Taiwan Lioho Group. In 2022, due to the world’s trend of production capacity expansion, technical transformation and other demand, Lioho Group has been planning the first light weight aluminum alloy trinity new factory in Southeast Asia and Vietnam (Vietnam Lioho Group), which will be located in Thang Long 3 Industrial Zone, Vinh Phuc Province, Vietnam in 2023. It is mainly dedicated to manufacture and research and development of aluminum alloy high-pressure casting, low-pressure casting and gravity casting. The main purpose is to build the new factory into a smart factory integrating automation, information and intelligence, covering the popular aluminum alloy casting process in the market, and creating a one-stop production environment.
The total construction area is 50,000 m2. Especially the intelligent production line of medium and large-sized ITALPRESS high-pressure casting equipment is very impressive. During the production process, all production data will be transmitted back to the “central control” of the production line. From the system, you can trace operator’s information, equipment information, and environmental information of product production to facilitate later quality improvement and product traceability

Green manufacturing is also vividly reflected in the Vietnam factory. The Vietnam factory mainly purchases “green aluminum” as raw materials, and has introduced a melting furnace and air pressure waste heat recovery system. Solar power generation has also entered the design and planning stage. Under the protection of hardware and software, the company’s green development results are very obvious.
Vietnam’s increasingly complete automobile industry chain and excellent business environment are the future trends. Vietnam Lioho Machine Works will take root in Vinh Phuc Province.
